These unique battery cyclers have specialized built-in circuitry that removes the need for costly and space consuming cabinets; allowing cycler modules to be positioned precisely where they are needed, close to climate chambers, test fixtures etc. Stand-alone models include SI-9300R-SA and SI-6200.

    Solartron’s battery cyclers have created a new category of battery test equipment. These flexible systems have all the facilities of standard cyclers plus they can now be located precisely where needed near test fixture and climate chambers:

    • Aspire Energy software platform.
    • Built-in EIS (Impedance) measurements per channel
    • Fast data acquisition speed tests on all channels using Solartron’s patented direct to disk technology. Cyclers store data without PC assistance, enabling detailed analysis of pulse waveforms on all channels.

    The Aspire Energy software is a powerful multi-user, multi-PC, multi-channel platform. This software allows multiple users and PCs to get connected simultaneously for test control, monitoring and data analysis.

    Aspire Energy software offers:

    • Standard cycler tests CC-CV, CC-CP, CC-CR, constant voltage, constant current, open circuit.
    • Advanced capabilities – Auto-sequencing of tests including EIS, Cyclic Voltammetry, Urban Profile (FUDS).
    • Fast pulse – current or voltage controlled.
    • Cyclic voltammetry for detailed cell analysis.
    • Differential voltage and capacity measurements.
    • Seamless integration of 3rd party equipment – Climate Chambers, Data Loggers.

    Shareable centralized libraries for:

    • Use of consistent test procedures, graph displays, cell configurations, data analysis.
    • Time domain and EIS data collection.

    NAS Network Attached Storage options are available including Solid State Drives (SSD) and desktop NAS options. NAS drives provide centralized locations for sharing libraries and data storage.

    Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) ensures power backup for a smooth system shutdown as well as time to save test status in case of a power outage.  The UPS option is mandatory for power failure recovery.

    Auxiliary Voltage Measurement Optional external data logger channels are available for fully integrated temperature and DC voltage measurements.

    Cell cable length options available: 3M, 5M, 10M.
